What is improv?
Improv is short for improvisational comedy, a form of live theater involving a group of individuals who create the plot, characters and dialogue of a scene or story, made up in the moment. It requires quick thinking, creativity, and collaboration between performers. Improv comedy builds self-confidence, strengthens the ability to think on your feet, promotes active listening, and builds trust between performers.
These are skills that benefit individuals in their daily lives, in their work environment, and interacting with in-laws.
